Treasures from our past

Alan and I have been cleaning out stuff, and came across a lot of pictures we just have not put back up since we returned from our 2 year mission in Micronesia( I know, we should have done this long before now).  We found so many pictures of our family, it is a history of us all growing up together, As I looked through them, I cried at the memories.  I am going to have my talented daughters help me put them up.
I also found a picture of the Legacy YSA Ward.  This was a Young Single Adult ward that we had the blessing of serving in, Alan as Bishop and me as the Mom of the ward.  We got to be with them for almost 5 years.  We have so many wonderful memories from the Young Adults we got to know in those years.  This picture was right after the ward was 1st created.  It was created from 6 stakes in the Herriman area.  It was the very first  Young Single Adult Ward in Herriman.  We started with 50 Young Adults and when we were released, almost 5 years later, we had around 225 young adults in our ward.
We loved them all, we miss them and we wonder what they are doing now.
We learned so much during those wonderful years with them.  It changed us and prepared us to serve in Micronesia with the Young Adults and Institute there.
   What a blessing for us.
