We took our Laurels and spent time helping them prepare for there next step in life. The Bishop and Bro. Hanson led a great discussion on Marriage, Melanie Carter, the Stake Young Women’s President, helped the girls learn how to make decisions, Jen West, my 1st counselor, shared thoughts and answered questions on post high school education and Morgan, Makayla’s cousin shared her missionary experiences and answered the girls questions on serving missions.
Then we ended by sharing experiences we had, when we have felt Gods love for us in our lives.
It was a wonderful experience and the spirit was so strong. What amazing young ladies these girls are, they will Be wonderful leaders in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints one day.
Oh how I love them and I am so grateful for this opportunity to serve them for a short time, as the YW President.
